Are your stones natural?
Yes. All gemstones are 100% natural and ethically sourced. Rough Cut Jeweler does not use lab-created stones.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every pendant and ring is handcrafted by Dave. Chains are sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers and paired with finished pieces.
Do you do custom work?
Not at this time. Each piece is created through an intuitive artistic process that allows the stone itself to guide the final design.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within one business day of purchase and include tracking.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Return policy details will be provided with each purchase. Current policy target is 14 days from delivery.
Does silver tarnish?
Yes. Natural silver can tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture, sweat, and skin oils. Tarnish can usually be removed with basic silver cleaning methods.
Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or showering?
You can, but it's recommended to remove jewelry whenever possible to help preserve both the metal and gemstone.
How do I determine my ring size?
Visit a local jeweler for a professional sizing.
Do you resize rings?
Generally no, unless the ring was made by Rough Cut Jeweler and sizing adjustments are needed for customer satisfaction.
